Decacorn Ventures is based at 728 Gh 14 in Paschim Vihar. This is a residential area in New Delhi, so the office has more of a home-like feel to it than a strict commercial building. We are located within the GH 14 block, which is a big complex with many people living around us. Our workspace is essentially one of the units converted for our venture work. It’s a bit tight when we have everyone in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a few computers, some whiteboards for jotting down ideas, and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around. Paschim Vihar is a nice place to be because there are plenty of parks and spots to walk during a break. The traffic around here can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that’s just Delhi life. We aren't some massive corporation with floors of people; we are just a small team trying to figure things out. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and we can hear them while we’re on the phone. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. People just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. It’s a relaxed environment, though we do stay busy with all the different things we have going on. We just try to stay organized and keep our heads down so we can get through the weekly goals.
