Our office is located at 7/10 in the Dda Officers Flats right on Bhagwan Das Road. Being in New Delhi, especially in this specific area, means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s an old building, the kind with thick walls and high ceilings that stay somewhat cool even when the sun is beating down outside. There is always a lot of activity around here because of the location. We spend most of our time dealing with housing and land records. It is not glamorous work, but it is what we do. The hallways are often lined with people waiting or staff carrying folders from one room to another. If you walk in, you’ll see we have mostly just basic furniture and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the lift acts up, so most of us just take the stairs anyway. It’s good exercise. You might hear the sound of traffic from the main road if the windows are open. We've been at this spot for a long time now. It’s a very central place to be, which makes it easier for people to reach us from different parts of the city. We just come in, do our hours, and head home like everyone else. It’s a practical workspace for a practical job that needs to be done every day.
