Our place, Dcp Synthetics Pvt Ltd, is located at 6535, Hardhian Singh Road in Dev Nagar. If you know Karol Bagh, you know it’s always crowded and moving. We’re right in the middle of all that. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for us. We deal with synthetics, mostly for industrial use. The office is usually filled with the smell of samples and old files. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the rolls and stacks. We have a few desks where we handle the paperwork, but most of the time we’re checking the stock or talking to suppliers on the phone. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic on Hardhian Singh Road, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't the type to have a big website or a social media person. We just answer the phone and help whoever calls. The team here has been together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to understand what needs doing. It’s a practical setup. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the floor gets a bit cluttered. Karol Bagh is a good place for a business like ours because everything is close by. We just stay focused on the daily tasks and make sure the orders are correct before they leave the shop for the customers.
