Suhaib Overseas

Suhaib Overseas has another spot at A-3809 David Street in Darya Ganj. Darya Ganj is an old part of the city, and David Street has its own character. The building we’re in is older, with thick walls and narrow stairs. It’s not the easiest place to move big furniture into, but it’s fine for our office work. We have a few people working here handling the overseas side of things. It’s a lot of typing and checking shipping schedules. The area is famous for books and other trades, so there’s always a lot of energy on the street. We like being in Darya Ganj because everything you need is just a short walk away. Our office at A-3809 is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a few old chairs, and piles of paperwork that seem to grow every week. We try to keep on top of it, but it’s a lot. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We’d rather just do the work and go home. Most of our day is spent communicating with people in other countries. It’s interesting, but it’s also a lot of waiting. Sometimes we sit around the small table in the corner to discuss the week's plans. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We’re just regular people trying to keep a business running in a busy part of town. That’s the reality of it. We've been here for years.
