Our office is located on the 12th floor of the Surya Kiran Building at 19, K.G. Marg. It’s one of the taller buildings in this part of Delhi. The view from the windows is actually quite interesting, especially when the weather is clear. We’ve been operating from this floor for a long time. It’s a dedicated space for our air conditioning work. The office layout is pretty basic, just a bunch of desks and some storage for all our technical manuals. We have a small area for guests, but we don't get many visitors these days. Most of our work happens over the phone or on the computers. The building itself is a bit older, so the elevators can be a bit of a wait during lunch hours. We usually bring our own tea and snacks because going up and down takes too much time. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the busy street down below. We have a small team and everyone knows their role. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just help each other out when the workload gets heavy. Sometimes we stay late when there are big projects to finish. It’s a standard office job in a busy part of the city. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done.
