D Thakkar Construction Pvt Ltd is located on the ground floor of Plot No. 206, Block Site No. 1. This is in the New Rajinder Nagar area, which is a pretty well-known spot. Since we are on the ground floor, it’s easy for people to just walk in off the street. We deal with builder plots and flats, mostly through the DDA. The office has a lot of files about land and building regulations. It’s a bit of a crowded space because of all the folders and blueprints we have to keep. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a map of the local area. It feels like a real construction office. There’s usually a bit of dust because of the work we do, but we try to sweep it out. People from the neighborhood often stop by to ask about property or new flats. We give them the straight talk without any sales pitches. It’s just us here, working through the daily tasks of managing construction projects. The building we are in is quite solid. We’ve been at this Rajendar Nagar location for quite some time. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our door. We like being accessible to people. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build things and handle the paperwork that comes with it.
