D J Navendu Malik

I’m up on the third floor here in West Patel Nagar, specifically at 29/86 on the right side. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren’t used to the stairs, but it’s where I get most of my work done for the D J Navendu Malik setup. The space is mostly filled with equipment and cables, though I try to keep it organized enough to walk around without tripping. It’s quiet enough during the day, which helps with focusing. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to see what’s going on or to ask for a bit of help. I’ve been in this spot for a while now and it suits me just fine. You find us tucked away in a street that gets pretty busy with morning traffic and people going to the market. The right-side entrance is easy to miss if you aren't looking closely at the numbers on the gate. Most people call before they come over so I can keep an eye out from the balcony and wave them in. It isn't a fancy office with big glass doors or any of that corporate stuff. It is just a workspace where things actually happen every day. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving gear in and out, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. I spend a lot of time here checking schedules and making sure everything is ready for the next job. There is always a pot of tea going on the stove in the corner. It’s a local operation, nothing too complicated.
