We have been running things from here in Okhla for a while now. Specifically, we are over in Abulfazal Enclave, which most locals know is a pretty busy part of Jamia Nagar. Crossroad Logistics Pvt.Ltd. isn't some giant shiny building; it’s a working office where we handle the day-to-day grind of moving goods. Sometimes the streets get a bit crowded with trucks and small tempos, but that is just how life is in this part of New Delhi. We started out small, just a few people trying to figure out the best routes and how to keep track of everything without losing our minds. It gets loud and sometimes a bit chaotic during the peak hours, especially when everyone wants their stuff moved at the same time. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or checking clipboards. It is mostly about making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Our neighbors are mostly other small businesses and families, so it feels like a real community. We don't have fancy lobbies or free coffee machines for visitors, just a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork. It’s hard work, and we go home tired, but it feels okay to see the trucks finally pull out and head onto the main road. That is basically us in a nutshell, just people working in a crowded corner of the city. We don't need much more than that.
