Crossbond Foundation

Our office for Crossbond Foundation is at D-20/1 in the Okhla Industrial Area. We are on the second floor in Phase-II. If you have been to Okhla, you know it is all about factories and workshops. It’s a very busy place with trucks moving in and out all day long. The noise from the industrial units is something you just learn to live with. Our space is quite practical because that’s what this area demands. We have high ceilings and some sturdy furniture that has seen better days. It is a working environment through and through. We don't have any soft carpets or fancy art on the walls. It’s mostly just metal shelves and stacks of documents. We spend a lot of time coordinating things over the phone. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the other warehouses around us. It’s a very different vibe from the residential parts of Delhi. Everything here is about getting things done. We usually have a lot of tea and coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. The stairs are concrete and wide, built for moving stuff up and down. We are just one of many small offices in this big industrial patch. It’s not a place for lounging around. We come in, do our bits and pieces, and keep the wheels turning without any unnecessary delay or fuss.
