Classic Carpets

We are located at F-298 in New Rajendra Nagar. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, which makes it feel a bit more personal than being in a big industrial park. Our place is basically a ground-floor setup where we store a lot of our stock. Because of the carpets, the air always smells a little bit like wool and jute, which is something you just get used to after a week or two. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights and mirrors. It’s more like a workshop where we keep things moving. We spend a lot of time unrolling things and checking the edges for any loose threads. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we’re loading the trucks early in the morning. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps during our lunch break and watch the people go by. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just know our carpets and we know where everything is kept in the back rooms. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the rolls stacked up high, but we have our own system for finding things. It works for us, and we’ve been doing it this way for years now. We usually have a cup of tea together before we lock up the shutters at night.
