Citi Flight Travels & Tour

If you look for us at C-42, Flat No. 7 on the first floor in the Middle Circle of CP, you will find our small travel office. Citi Flight Travels & Tour is tucked away in one of those classic Connaught Place buildings. The stairs are a bit steep, but once you get up here, it is just a room with a few computers and a lot of maps and brochures. We spend most of our time looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of clicking on websites and waiting for agents to pick up the phone. We have been in CP for a long time, so we have seen many people come and go. Most of our clients are regulars who have been booking their trips with us for years. They know we don't have a fancy lounge or free coffee, but they also know we will sit there and work out the details until it is sorted. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the booking systems act up, and we just have to be patient. We are a small team, so we know everyone’s name and how they like to travel. It is just a basic office where we try to help people get from one place to another.
