Chandni Chowk is always a mess of people and carts, and we are right in the thick of it near the Fountain. Our spot at number 1933 Argara is where we keep all the orthopedic aids and supports we handle. If you have ever been to this part of town, you know how crowded it gets, so getting stuff in and out of the shop is a real task every morning. We have been in this location for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent helping people who come in with a note from a doctor for knee braces or walking sticks. It is a lot of manual work, lifting heavy boxes and showing people how to strap things on correctly so they work. The shop itself isn't very large, and it gets quite dusty with all the people moving around and the construction nearby. We do not have a fancy website or a sales team. It is just a few of us who know the inventory and what fits which person. Sometimes we run out of a specific size and have to wait for the next delivery to fight through the narrow streets. People in the area know us by name, which makes the long days better. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the next person to walk in. It is loud with the horns honking outside all day, but you get used to it eventually. We just focus on getting the gear to the people who need it.
