We are located at 137, Rajindra Market, which is right by Tis Hazari. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded and full of people moving around. Chadha Sales (P) Ltd. is tucked into one of the rows there. It’s a busy spot with lots of shops side by side. We spend most of our time dealing with people coming in and out. The space isn’t very big, so things tend to get stacked up high. We’ve got shelves everywhere. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped, but that’s just how it is in this market. The sounds of the traffic and people shouting outside are constant. We get used to it after a few days. We’ve known the other shop owners around here for years. We help each other out when needed. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t familiar with the layout. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything. It’s just us handling the daily tasks and making sure things are where they belong. We eat our lunch together when there's a quiet moment. Dealing with orders takes up most of the morning. By the afternoon, we’re usually sorting through the inventory. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a website that’s updated every day or a team of designers. We just work from our little corner in Rajindra Market and stay busy until closing time. It is what it is.
