C T C Impex is based in Nanda Devi Tower, which is part of the Ito Central Market area. Specifically, we’re in unit D-11/102. If you’ve ever been to the Ito market, you know it’s a whirlwind of activity. There’s always someone shouting or a cart being pushed past. Our office is right in the middle of all that. We handle import and export stuff, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with customs papers and tracking containers. It can be quite stressful when a shipment is delayed, and our office often reflects that with stacks of files everywhere. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to bring you tea; usually, we’re all too busy on the phone or typing away. The tower itself is a bit older, and the lights in the hallway flicker sometimes, but it’s a good location for being near other businesses. We’ve been here for several years and have seen plenty of other shops come and go. We just keep doing our thing. It’s not the kind of job that looks cool in movies, it’s mostly just making sure the numbers match and the goods move across borders without too much trouble. We’re just regular people trying to keep the trade moving. Sometimes we stay late when the time zones don't line up, but that’s just how the impex business goes for us here.
