Brilliant Impex (India) Llp is located right in the middle of Karol Bagh. If you know the area, you know it’s always moving and very loud. We are on the third floor near Sat Bhravan School Marg in the W.E.A section. Having the school nearby means we hear the bell ring every few hours, which kind of helps us keep track of time. Our office is usually filled with the sound of packing tape and people talking on their mobiles. We deal with importing and exporting different items and there is always something that needs to be sorted out. The building we are in is older but it serves its purpose. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that because most of our business happens over the phone or through emails. We keep a close eye on the stock coming through and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. Sometimes the traffic in Karol Bagh makes it hard for deliveries to reach us quickly, so we have to plan everything carefully. We’ve got a small pantry area where we make tea for whoever stops by. It’s a basic operation but we’ve been around long enough to know the ropes of the local market. Most of our day is spent making sure the numbers match up and the logistics side of things is moving along. It is a lot of back and forth but that is just part of the job. We don't mind the noise much anymore.
