We’re located in the Daryaganj area, which is always packed with people and history. Our spot is a bit unusual because we have the basement and the ground floor over at 4828/24 in Ward No. XI. It’s right in the middle of all the noise and the book markets that Daryaganj is famous for. Working in a basement means we don't get much natural light, but it stays a bit cooler during those brutal Delhi summers. We do construction and dwelling projects, so there is always a lot of talk about materials and site plans going on. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and the papers, but we make it work. The building is an older one, like most things in Central Delhi, so it has its quirks and the occasional leaky pipe. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors all know us. It’s a very local way of doing business. You can hear the rickshaws and the street vendors outside all day long. We don't bother with fancy signs or anything. If you’re looking for Plot No. 2, you just have to look for the busy office near the alley. It’s a grounded kind of life here. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay on top of the projects. It’s not a shiny corporate tower, but it’s home for our business and we like the energy of the neighborhood. We just keep pluging away at the daily work without making much noise.
