Body Mantra Gym

If you find yourself on New Rohtak Road, specifically around Karol Bagh, you’ve probably seen Liberty Cinema. We are right opposite that, at 5C/1. Body Mantra Gym has been sitting here for a good while. It’s a busy street, always noise from the traffic and people moving about. Inside, it’s much the same. We have the usual equipment. It’s not brand new, but it works fine for what we need. We don't have a big staff. It’s just a few of us making sure everything stays in order. People come in, do their lifting, and head out. We aren't interested in being the flashiest place in Delhi. There’s enough of that already. We just want a spot where you can lift heavy things without someone complaining about the noise. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that doesn't help you get stronger. We focus on the basics. Many of our regulars have been coming here for years. They know where everything is. It feels like a second home to some of them. We’re open early and we stay open late. It’s a grind, but we like it. If you’re looking for a place that feels real and doesn’t care about your outfit, this is probably it. We just keep the doors open and the weights ready for whoever wants to use them today.
