We handle mostly local deals in this part of Delhi. We aren't a big company with branches everywhere. It’s just us, working hard to make sure people find the right shops or flats. We spend a lot of time talking to other shop owners in the market to see who might be selling. It’s a community-based way of doing things. We don't have a website with professional photos. We just take people to the sites so they can see for themselves. We drink a lot of tea and listen to the noise of the market outside. Sometimes we have to shout a bit to be heard over the traffic.
