You can find us at 2189, tucked away in Chakki Wali Gali in Khampur, over in West Patel Nagar. It’s one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We’ve been making polypacks here for a long time. It’s a family-run thing, mostly. We started out small and just stayed that way because it’s easier to manage. The machines take up most of the space, so it gets a bit cramped when we have a big shipment going out. Living and working in Patel Nagar means there is never a quiet moment. There’s always the sound of the street outside and the hum of the equipment inside. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. I usually handle the orders and the guys in the back take care of the heavy lifting. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and we all help each other out when someone’s truck gets stuck or a light goes out. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you don’t know the area, but once you find Chakki Wali Gali, we are easy to spot. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure the bags are strong and our customers are satisfied enough to come back next month. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little shop in the lane.
