Bhanwar International Foundation

You can find Bhanwar International Foundation over in Greater Kailash, Part II. We are on the second floor of E-218. It is a decent space, though the stairs can be a bit much if you are carrying boxes. We have been here for some time now. Even though the name sounds like we might be a huge organization, we are actually a pretty small team. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer to get things organized. We handle a variety of different projects, mostly focusing on things that help people get back on their feet. The office has a few windows that look out over the street, which is nice when it gets a bit quiet in the afternoon. We have some old filing cabinets that have seen better days and a kettle that we use way too much. People sometimes think we are a big firm because of the address, but we are just a regular group of people trying to do something useful. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive coffee. Most of what we have goes straight into the work we are doing. It is a bit cramped when we have all our volunteers in, but we make it work. We like being in this part of town because it is easy for people to reach us. It's just a plain office where work happens every day.
