Beta Tools Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 319, Joshi Road in the K.B. area. It is a busy street and finding parking can be a bit of a nightmare on some days. Our building is right there among many others. Inside, we have shelves and boxes full of tools of all kinds. It isn't a fancy place with bright lights or carpets. It is more of a warehouse and office mix. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure we have what people are asking for on the phone. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we know the items pretty much by heart. We get a lot of phone calls throughout the day and people popping in to see if a specific tool is in stock. It can get a bit hectic in the afternoons when everyone wants their orders at once. Joshi Road has its own rhythm and we are just a part of it. We don't bother with much decoration; the focus is really just on the tools and getting them to the people who need them. Sometimes we have to move heavy crates around which takes up most of the floor space. We try to stay organized but in a small space like 319, it is a constant battle. We don’t have a flashy sign, just the name on the door. It is a practical business for people who need tools.
