If you are looking for Bbss Welfare Association, we are located in Jaina Tower, right at the District Centre. It is in Plot No. 3, specifically at Flat No. 204C. The place is usually quite busy because of all the other offices in the building. We are connected to Praveen Kumar’s family, and that is how this whole thing got moving in the first place. This isn't one of those big charity groups you see on the news with lots of money. It is more of a local effort. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Some days it is just helping an elderly neighbor with some forms, and other days it is organizing something bigger for the community. The office isn't very large, so if more than five people show up, it gets a bit tight. We have some old desks and a computer that takes a minute to start up, but it gets the job done. Being in the District Centre means there is always noise outside, but we don't mind it much. People know where to find us. We just wanted a place where local folks could come when they didn't know who else to ask for help. It’s practical work. No one here wears a suit. We just pull up a chair and talk through what needs to be done. That is how we have always operated.
