We've been over here at H-39 in Bali Nagar for a good while now. It’s a busy spot and we just try to keep things moving every day. Aerol Formulations is really just about getting the work done. We handle different types of chemical mixes and products. Sometimes the yard gets a bit crowded with supplies coming in, but we manage to stay organized enough to get through the orders. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we all know how the machines run and what needs to happen. It isn't a fancy setup. The building is older but it serves its purpose for what we do. Bali Nagar is a decent area to work in, though the traffic out front can be a real headache during the afternoons. We usually start early in the morning before things get too loud outside. There is always a lot to keep track of with the different batches and labels. It takes a lot of steady hands. We don't really do much in the way of big announcements or anything like that. We just show up, do the mixing and packing, and then head home. It’s a lot of manual work and paying attention to the small details so nothing gets mixed up. If you walk past the gate, you might hear the noise from the equipment inside. That's just how the day goes for us here.
