We've been around Daryaganj for a while now. Balaji Imports Pvt. Ltd. sits on the third floor of a building at 2/37, Ansari Road. It's a busy area, as anyone who has been here knows. We deal with stuff coming in and out, mostly focusing on the logistics and the paperwork that comes with importing goods. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but we make do. Most days are just spent on the phone or checking files. Daryaganj has that old Delhi vibe that you can't really find anywhere else. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. People come by to discuss shipments and we try to keep things moving. It's not always easy with the traffic around here, but we've got our routine down. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some shops close, others open, but we stay put on Ansari Road. Our team is small, just a few people handling the daily tasks. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or if they need something handled in this part of town. We just focus on the day-to-day operations and making sure the boxes get where they need to go. It's regular work, nothing too flashy. We like being in this part of the city because everything is close by. It's home to us.
