Balaji Auto Parts is right in the middle of the action at Guru Nanak Market on Faiz Road in Karol Bagh. Our shop is at number 2416. If you’ve ever been to Faiz Road, you know it’s one of the busiest places for anything to do with cars and bikes. There are people everywhere and the noise never really stops. We’ve been at 2416 for years, and we’ve seen the market change a lot during that time. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of parts. It’s a bit cramped, and you have to be careful not to knock anything over when you walk in. We don’t bother with fancy lighting or air conditioning because we are too busy helping people find what they need. The guys working here at Balaji Auto Parts know every shelf and box by heart. We don’t use a computer for everything; sometimes just knowing where the part is kept is faster. It’s a gritty, fast-paced way to work, but it suits us fine. Karol Bagh is a tough place to do business if you don’t know what you’re doing, but we’ve found our rhythm here. We just focus on keeping the stock ready and the doors open. We aren't much for talking or making big promises. We just stay at Guru Nanak Market and handle the day-to-day business of auto parts.
