We have our office at 114, Reshab Shree House, which is inside the commercial complex in Ranjit Nagar. It’s a busy building with lots of different businesses all crammed together. Balaji Abrasive Tools Pvt. Ltd. has been here for several years. We mostly deal with things like grinding wheels and sandpaper, the kind of stuff used in factories and workshops. The office is mostly for handling orders and managing the accounts. It’s not a very big space, but it serves its purpose. We have a lot of samples sitting around on the shelves, which makes the place look a bit crowded. Ranjit Nagar is a hub for this kind of stuff, so we are in the right place. There is always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to our clients on the phone and make sure their orders get shipped out on time. Sometimes the building's lift is out of order, which is a bit of a pain, but we manage. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just provide the tools that other people need to do their jobs. It's a plain and simple operation every single day. We just keep our heads down.
