Bajaj Travels Ltd. We are in the DCM Building on Barakhamba Road. It’s a busy spot in Connaught Place. Every morning, we open the office around 9:30 or 10:00. The traffic on Barakhamba Road is usually heavy by then. Our space is at No. 2P. It’s just a regular office where we handle travel bookings. There’s a lot of paperwork usually. Someone is always on the phone talking about flight timings or bus routes. We’ve been in Delhi for a long time. The building itself is one of those older ones in CP that everyone knows. Sometimes the lift takes a while so we just walk up if we’re in a hurry. It’s not fancy here. Just desks, computers, and files. People walk in from the street wanting to know prices for trips. We sit and check the systems. Lunch usually happens at our desks or we go down for a quick bite. The afternoons can get a bit slow if the phones stop ringing for a bit, but that doesn’t happen often. We just keep things moving and try to get people where they need to go. By evening, the lights in CP start coming on and we finish up the last few emails. It’s just how things go every day at Bajaj Travels Ltd. We don’t do much else besides focus on the tickets and the travelers who come through our door.
