Our clinic is located at M-69 in Aruna Nagar, which most people know as Majnu Ka Tilla. We are right in the main market area, specifically in the Punjabi Basti section. If you’ve ever walked through Majnu Ka Tilla, you know how narrow and crowded the lanes can get, but that’s what gives it its character. The clinic is a small space where we see people from the neighborhood for all kinds of health issues. It’s an old building, and the rooms aren't very big, but we’ve managed to fit in everything we need. There is a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of files from over the years. The main market outside is always full of people shopping or eating, so there is a constant hum of conversation and footsteps. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening, seeing whoever comes in. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the fan on the ceiling makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it works fine. It’s a very local spot where people come because they live nearby and know the name. We don't do anything fancy with the decor; it’s just a place for medical consultations. You can hear the sounds of the Punjabi Basti all day long while we work. It’s a busy, functional clinic that has been part of this market for a long time.
