Baala Pritam Hospitality operates from a ground-floor space, which is essential given how many people are constantly walking by outside. If you’ve ever been to the Main Bazar in Central Delhi, you know it’s a whirlwind of tourists, local shoppers, and vendors. Our office is tucked into one of the older buildings, and it has that classic Pahar Ganj character. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we like being where the energy is. Inside, the space is narrow and filled with the tools of our trade—computers, files, and a few landline phones that never seem to stop ringing. We handle all the hospitality logistics from here, dealing with everything that comes our way in this busy district. The floor is old tile and the ceiling is high, which helps keep it a bit cooler.
