Ashram Exim Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the World Trade Centre. We are on the Upper Ground Floor, in unit 111. It sounds like a big fancy place, but our office is actually quite modest. It’s just a workspace where we get our daily tasks done. Being in the World Trade Centre means there are always a lot of people moving around. The metro station is nearby, so it’s easy for us to get to work. We spend most of our time at the office dealing with export documents. There’s a lot of fine print to read. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It’s not a very loud office. We prefer to keep things calm so we can concentrate on the figures. We don't have a big board of directors or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us who have been working together for a long time. We know how each other works, so we don't have to talk much. We just get on with it. Sometimes clients come by to drop off papers, but mostly we handle everything over the phone or email. The U.G.F. level is convenient because we don't have to deal with too many stairs or slow elevators. It’s a solid location for a business like ours. We’ve been here long enough that even the security guards know us by name.
