Arc Diagnostic Clinic

Our clinic is on the ground floor over at Shanker Road in Old Rajender Nagar. We are quite close to Ganga Ram Hospital, so a lot of people know the general area. It’s a diagnostic place, so mostly we are taking blood samples and doing various tests that doctors ask for. The space is set up with a small waiting area and the lab sections in the back. In the mornings, it usually gets quite crowded because that is when everyone wants to do their fasting blood tests. We have people standing around with their slips of paper, waiting for their turn. The staff stays busy with needles and vials and labeling everything correctly. It’s a lot of detail work. We’ve been here at 1/100 for some time now, and we see many of the same faces from the Rajender Nagar neighborhood. The walls have a few posters about health, and the air conditioning usually hums in the background. It isn't a massive corporate facility, just a local lab where you can get your reports. Sometimes the printer acts up or we run out of forms, but we manage. Delhi is a fast place, and people are always in a hurry to get their results and get to work. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the samples are handled right. There is no big secret to how we work, we just show up and do the testing. There is a small tea stall just outside where people wait if they have some time to kill.
