Ar Kay Caterers & Events is located at 3284 in Ranjit Nagar, which is right over in the Patel Nagar area. We have been here for quite some time, focusing on food and organizing local gatherings. Our setup at 3284 is where everything happens. We have the kitchen there and a small area where we keep the event gear like tents and lights. It’s not a fancy place, just a working shop that smells like food most of the time. We spend most of our time dealing with groceries and scrubbing large pots. Catering is a lot of standing and stirring, and we are used to that hard work. We also help out with the event side of things, like setting up the space and making sure there's enough seating. Patel Nagar is a lively place to be, and Ranjit Nagar stays busy all day. We don’t go in for big advertisements or social media stuff. Most people just know our name because they’ve eaten our food at a wedding or a birthday party somewhere nearby. We keep the menus simple and the service straightforward because that's what people like. It’s a lot of manual labor, loading the trucks and then unloading them late at night when the party is over. We don’t have a corporate office with secretaries. If you call us, you usually get one of us who is actually in the kitchen or out on a job site. We just try to provide what people ask for.
