Anandhaswarupa Association

Anandhaswarupa Association is based over in Laxmi Nagar, specifically at D-41-P No-18-G No- 2. East Delhi is always crowded and moving, and our street is no different. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but we’ve called it home for a while. We aren't a big corporation with a shiny lobby. It’s just a humble space where we handle our association's business. We have some old wooden desks and a few chairs for visitors who drop in. Most of the time, it's just the sound of someone typing or the tea kettle going in the back. We settled in Laxmi Nagar because it’s where a lot of the community is. We didn't see the point in an expensive office in a high-rise building. This feels more real to us. We deal with everyday issues and try to help our members as much as we can. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping records straight. Sometimes the street noise from the local markets gets a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just want to be accessible to people. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just talk to folks and do what needs to be done. It’s a small operation, but we put in the hours every day to keep things moving.
