Alzebra Peoples Foundation

We have our office at 12A on the ground floor of Central Road. It’s a convenient spot because being on the ground floor makes it easy for anyone to find us. Central Road can get quite busy during the day, so there is always a bit of background noise from the traffic and people walking by. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for the team we have. We have our desks lined up against the walls to make the most of the space. There are stacks of papers and folders everywhere because there is always a lot of work to do for the foundation. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the basics like computers and a printer that sometimes acts up when we are in a hurry. The lighting is okay, but we usually keep the door open during the day to let in some natural light and fresh air. Most of our time is spent talking to people and planning out what needs to happen next. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up and get to work. Sometimes we have meetings right there at the desks because there isn't a separate room for it. It’s a very open and honest kind of workplace. We just focus on the people we are trying to help and try to keep our operations running smoothly day by day. We've been in this location for a while now and the neighbors are all pretty friendly.
