We are tucked away on the ground floor over in Multani Dhanda. It’s right behind Kumar Palace in Pahar Gunj. If you’ve been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s crowded and loud but full of energy. We spend our days surrounded by bubble wrap, cardboard boxes, and rolls of tape. There is always someone coming in to ask about moving their stuff to a new city or just across town. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We aren't sitting in some fancy air-conditioned tower. We are right here on the street level where all the action is. Our team spends a lot of time packing things carefully so they don't break during the move. It’s physical work and can be quite tiring during the hot summer months. We handle a lot of different items, from small kitchen sets to big old wardrobes. Every day is a bit different because every house we pack is different. Sometimes we have to squeeze through narrow stairs or find parking for the truck on a tight street. It’s just how it goes in Pahar Gunj. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to people and help them get their things moved. The office is small and usually has boxes piled up in the corner. We try to stay organized but it gets messy when we are busy. We've been doing this for a while now and we just keep at it every single day.
