Akira Builders & Promoters Pvt Ltd is located in Darya Ganj, right in the Urdu Bazar area. Our office is on the first floor at number 4213. Being so close to Jama Masjid means it’s a very historic part of Delhi, but it also means the streets are extremely narrow and crowded. We’ve been working from this spot for a while, handling building projects and looking over blueprints. It’s a lot of coordination with contractors and site visits. The office is usually covered in drawings and dusty files. We aren't the kind of company with a glass building and a fancy lobby. We’re more about the actual work on the ground. People in the neighborhood know us, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the 110002 area over the years. Some days we are out at construction sites all day, and other days we are stuck here doing paperwork. It’s not always glamorous, and there’s usually a lot of noise coming from the street outside. We just keep at it, trying to get things built the right way. If you’re coming to see us, it’s best to come by rickshaw or walk because parking is almost impossible. We like the energy of Darya Ganj though, it keeps us on our toes. There is always someone shouting or a bike honking nearby, but we have gotten used to it after all these years of working in this building.
