Our place is located at Plot No. 13, A 13 on the ground floor in Naveen Shahdara. It’s tucked away in North East Delhi. Airprimeasia International is the name on our registration. We deal with a lot of international matters, mostly related to logistics and shipping things around. It keeps us on our toes because of the different time zones involved. The office is right on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move things in and out if we have to. It’s not a very big space, but it’s functional. We have a few computers and a lot of phone lines. Naveen Shahdara is a pretty busy residential and commercial area, so there’s always something happening outside the door. We aren't a big, polished corporation. We’re more of a local team that handles complex stuff. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure things are where they should be. It can be stressful when there are delays, but that’s just part of the job. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything gets where it needs to go. It’s a straightforward business and we try to be as practical as possible with our clients. We’ve been here for a while and we know the area well. It’s just how we run things here.
