Agarwal Medical Centre

Agarwal Medical Centre is tucked away in G. D. Colony in Mayur Vihar Phase 3. The address is B 1353/1. It is a very residential area, so we see the same faces every single morning. We have been here for quite some time now. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we need. We have a small desk at the front where we sit and talk to whoever comes through the door. The walls are painted a simple white and we have some posters about health on them. Mayur Vihar Ph 3 can be quite crowded in the evenings, so it gets a bit hectic around here sometimes. We don't have a lot of fancy technology for appointments, we just write names down in a big register. It works fine for us. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour and we just sit and wait or use a torch. It’s part of living and working in this colony. We know which neighbors have which problems. People stop by even if they don't have an appointment just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don't mind. It makes the day go by faster. We are just a local medical center trying to do our part in the colony. It’s not glamorous work, but it is important to the people who live on this street.
