Our office is at 912A in West Patel Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we are right in the thick of it. The walk from the metro station isn't too bad, but it gets very crowded during rush hour. Our space is pretty basic. We have a front area with a couple of chairs for visitors, though we don't get many walk-ins. Most of our day is spent at the back desks, working on various advertising layouts or calling up clients. The walls are painted a dull off-white color that’s starting to peel a bit near the ceiling. We have a small fridge that mostly holds cold water and someone’s half-eaten lunch. The noise from the street filters in, so you can always hear the honking and the people shouting. It’s not a fancy agency with glass walls or anything like that. We just have our computers and some old filing cabinets that probably have things from ten years ago inside. We’ve got a routine down now where we come in, check the messages, and just start working through the list. Sometimes we go out for tea at the stall around the corner just to get some fresh air. It’s a simple life here, just doing the work and trying to keep the clients happy without making a big fuss about it. We stay until the work is done, then lock up and head home.
