So, we are over here at 53/48 Ramjas Road, right in the heart of Karol Bagh. If you know New Delhi at all, you know how busy it gets around here. Our spot is pretty easy to find once you get onto Ramjas Road. Most of us have been working at Aditya Birla Retail Ltd. for a while now, and it just feels like a second home. The mornings are usually the loudest with all the street noise, but we get used to it. We spend most of the day just handling whatever comes through the door. It’s not a fancy setup with a lot of bells and whistles, just a solid place where we get the job done. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet slows down, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We have a lot of regulars who stop by just to say hello or check what’s new. It is funny how you start to recognize everyone’s face after a few months. We keep the shelves stocked and try to make sure everything stays organized, even when it’s chaotic during the festival seasons. The address might sound formal on paper, but when you’re standing here on the floor, it’s just us working hard and trying to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just open up the doors every morning and see what the day brings. It isn't perfect, but it's ours.
