We are located over at 23 Ansari Road in Darya Ganj, right behind Akarshan Bhavan. If you know the area, you know it’s the heart of the paper and book trade. Our place is full of envelopes of every size and color you can think of, from the tiny ones for cards to the big ones for files. It smells like paper and glue most of the time, which we’ve grown to like over the years. We’ve been doing this for years, supplying local offices and shops with what they need to mail their letters and documents. Darya Ganj is always a bit chaotic with the narrow roads and the carts moving heavy loads around. Our shop is no different; there’s always a stack of boxes waiting to go out to a customer. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone or helping someone who walked in looking for a specific weight of paper or a certain size of bubble mailer. It’s a practical business. We focus on getting the edges straight and making sure the glue is actually sticky. Being behind Akarshan Bhavan makes us a little tucked away from the main road, but the regulars know exactly where to find us. It’s a steady pace of work. We might be a small operation, but we handle a lot of paper every single week. It’s just what we do here on Ansari Road, day in and day out. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, but we keep working anyway.
