We are located in the Mulatani Dhanda area of Paharganj. It is a very crowded spot with lots of activity, but we have been working from this location for many years. Dealing with heavy boxes and rolls of tape every single day is basically what we do here. Moving a whole house is always a stressful thing for people, so we just try to get the packing done as best as we can. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for a long time and they know how to handle the heavy stuff. The office itself is not much to look at, just a desk and a lot of bubble wrap piled up everywhere. Sometimes the trucks have a really hard time getting through these narrow lanes in Paharganj, but we always manage to find a way. We handle local shifts mostly for families moving to a new flat. We bring all the cartons and the rope ourselves. It is heavy work, especially when there are no lifts in the old buildings and we have to carry things down the stairs. We drink a lot of chai while waiting for the loading to finish. We do not have a big website or a marketing person, just this little spot in the city. Sometimes we are a bit late because of the Delhi traffic, but that is just how things go.
