A K Pain Relief & Physiotherpy Clinic

Over here in Old Rajendra Nagar, things move at a certain pace. Our clinic is at 51/16, and it is a place where we help people move a bit better. Physiotherapy isn't always fun for the patients, but we try to make it manageable. We have some basic equipment, mats, and benches. It is not a high-end gym, just a space for exercises and treatments. New Delhi can be a stressful place, and people often come in with sore backs or stiff necks from sitting at desks all day. We see a lot of students from the area too, since there are so many coaching centers nearby. The rooms aren't huge, so we have to be careful about how we arrange everything. Sometimes you can hear the street noise from Old Rajendra Nagar coming through the windows, but we are used to it. We keep track of everyone’s progress in some old-fashioned notebooks and on the computer. It is a lot of stretching and repetitive movements. People talk to us about their day while we work on their injuries. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We do not have a big reception area with a TV, just a couple of chairs for waiting. Most folks come in, do their session, and head back out to the busy streets. We have been here at this New Delhi 60 address for a while and plan to stay. It is just a simple clinic helping people feel a bit less pain as they go about their lives.
