Decon Pipe & Fittings Industries is on the second floor of Sai Chambers, B-Wing, in Sector-11. This is a very industrial and commercial part of the city. Our office, No. 223, is where we handle all the logistics for pipes and various metal fittings. When you walk into Sai Chambers, you can tell it is a place for serious business. There are always people carrying heavy items or loading trucks nearby. We don't have a showroom with shiny displays. Instead, we have desks covered in technical drawings and catalogs of different industrial parts. The walls are mostly plain, maybe with a calendar or some charts showing pipe sizes. Most of our day is spent coordinating deliveries and checking that the specifications are right for our customers. Since we are on the second floor, we don't get much noise from the street, but the building itself is always humming with activity. We work with a lot of contractors and plumbing professionals who know exactly what they need. It is a straightforward operation. We focus on getting the right fittings to the right place at the right time. Sector-11 is a good location for us because it is easy for transport trucks to come and go. We have been here for some time and have a steady routine that works for us and the people we deal with. It is just a practical workspace.
