Azhar & Associates is based right at the New Bus Stand in Kannur, on the first floor of building 2B. Being near the bus stand on N.H.-17 means there is never a quiet moment. You can always hear the horns and the conductors shouting out destinations. We have been here for a while, and the location makes it easy for people from all over the district to reach us. The office isn't much to look at, just a few desks and some cupboards full of old documents, but it serves us well. We handle a lot of different property matters around Kannur. Since we are right on the highway, we get people stopping by who are just passing through or coming into town for the day. We are a small team of associates who grew up in this district. We know the local land rules and the way things move in the government offices. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We are just people who know the local real estate market and want to help others navigate it. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes it hard to get out to see sites, but we manage. We spend a lot of time on the phone and meeting people for lunch to discuss deals. It is a practical business. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just look at the facts and help our clients find what they need.
