We are over here at Kavil Nivas in Korom North, which is part of the Payynur area in Kannur. Most days start pretty early because the weather in Kerala can get really humid by midday. It’s just a regular office setup we have here. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to folks about their building projects. Sometimes the rain slows things down, but that's just how it goes in this part of the country. People know us as the local team at M/S Sobha Developers Ltd. and we've been sitting in this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some chairs for visitors who drop by to ask about plots or construction work. We handle the paperwork and try to keep things moving along even when materials are delayed. It’s a lot of coordination between the workers on-site and the people coming into the office. We usually have the fans going full blast and maybe some tea in the afternoon. It gets busy on Mondays especially. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just us working through the daily tasks. We know the neighbors around Chalakkode well. If you walk past the post office, you'll find us easily enough. We focus on getting the jobs done one by one. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until the sun starts to go down over the coast.
