You’ll find Zephyr Synthesis Pvt. Ltd. at Block No. 345/p in Sokhda GIDC. It’s a bit of a trek out here, but it’s a good place for what we do. We’ve got our setup here in the industrial estate. It’s mostly warehouses and factories around us. We spend our time on synthesis work. It takes a lot of patience and paying attention to the details. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. It's just a dedicated crew of us. We know each other well and we know how the facility runs. The building is functional. We don't have any fancy carpets or expensive art. It’s just pipes, tanks, and lab benches. We like it that way because it keeps us focused on the job. The weather in Sokhda can be pretty harsh, so we make sure the ventilation is working well. We have our routines for every morning. We check the equipment, look at the schedule, and get started. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just practical work that requires a steady hand. Sometimes things go perfectly, and sometimes we have to troubleshoot a problem for hours. That’s just the nature of the business. We finish up in the evening and head home, ready to come back and do it all again. It's a simple life, but it suits us well.
