Our office is located on Takhassusy Street in Riyadh, handled by Sumi Baiju and the team. Dealing with property in Saudi Arabia means we are always on the move, checking on buildings or meeting with tenants. The office is our base of operations, but we aren't always there. When we are, we're usually sorting through keys, filing lease agreements, or calling repairmen to fix a leaky pipe somewhere. It’s a practical setup with a few desks and a big map of the local area on the wall. The Riyadh sun is no joke, so we spend a lot of time coordinating things over the phone to avoid extra trips in the heat. We handle everything from basic maintenance requests to the more complicated paperwork that comes with managing residential spaces. Sometimes we have owners coming in to discuss their properties, and we sit down with them over some dates and coffee. There’s a lot of responsibility in looking after people's homes and buildings, so our desks are always covered in notes and to-do lists. We don’t have a fancy lobby, just a simple space where we can get the work done. The P.O. Box 62066 gets a lot of mail every day, and sorting through it is a big part of the morning routine. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks, but we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of property work here. There is always something new to fix or a rental contract to update.
