We've been at H.N- 39 in the Nefna Complex for a bit now. Mukkum is a quiet enough place but it gets busy around the shops during the day. Most mornings start early here because people are always planning where to go next. We handle the travel stuff, like tickets and booking things for folks who don't want to sit at a computer for hours themselves. It’s just a small office. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone rings too much when we're trying to talk to someone sitting right in front of us. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with travel can be a real headache with all the changes and cancellations that happen these days. We just sit here and sort through the options for you. It's mostly about getting the paperwork right so people don't get stuck at an airport or a hotel somewhere they don't know. The Nefna Complex is easy to find once you know where the main road turns off. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. Just a place to work. Usually, there's a couple of us here drinking tea and looking at schedules. We've seen a lot of people come through with all sorts of questions. Some want to go far away, others just need a bus ticket to the next town over. We treat them all the same. It's a living. We keep the files organized as much as possible, though the desk gets messy by Tuesday afternoon. That's just how it goes when you're busy.
