Tc One Properties Projects Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Calicut, specifically on Mavoor Road. You can find us on the 6th floor of the V Zone building in Parayancheri. It’s a busy area of Kerala, and being up on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window. We manage various property projects from this office. It’s a decent-sized space, but it’s definitely a place where work happens, not a place for showing off. We have a lot of files and architectural drawings scattered around the place. Our days are filled with phone calls, meetings with contractors, and trying to keep everything on schedule. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s a bit stressful when things aren't moving as fast as we’d like. We have a mix of staff here, some who have been with us since we started and some newer faces. We don't really go for the corporate polish. We’re just a group of people in Calicut trying to get buildings up and running. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we all have to wait around, which is just part of the daily experience. We don't make big promises; we just try to get the projects finished as best as we can. It’s just regular people doing regular work in the property sector every day.
